What we’re about

A New Approach

Entheo Community redefines the traditional one-sacrament entheogenic church. We recognize that profound spiritual experiences can arise through various entheogens and consciousness-altering practices including nature immersion, dance, and meditation.

We are a non-profit, faith-based organization (“church” for short). As a syncretic and free church, we are a welcoming and inclusive community that embraces the wisdom and gifts of all faiths. As a private, unincorporated church, we remain independent of political affiliations and government agencies. As Free Children of God, we stand firmly in our First Amendment right to practice our sacraments, regardless of public regulatory status. We honor this freedom with great care, thoughtfulness, and a deep commitment to safety, supported by strong community bonds and mandatory education on best practices.

Join as an Individual or a Chapter

We are a national organization composed of local and virtual chapters. Individuals begin by joining the national organization, and then optionally join a local chapter. Members enjoy access to safe sacraments and a variety of ceremonies, social events, talks, and other events nationwide.

Community leaders and practitioners may choose to form a chapter in order to reach a wider community with their offerings, and to offer their entire community the immediate benefits of protection, community, networking, and access to safe and proven sacraments. This is an easy and affordable alternative to the prospect of establishing an entirely new church.

Ordinations for Safety

Our Sacrament Carrier ordination covers safe storage, safe use, terminology, legal defense, intentionality, best practices, and more. Each sacrament requires its own ordination.
Our Journey Facilitator ordination combines in-depth training and hands-on experience to empower members to create safe, transformative sacrament ceremonies.
