Sunday Gathering
Share insights and explore the Mystery together
***
In this space you'll connect with others who enjoy exploring the Mystery revealed to us by our sacraments, and we hope you'll leave with an greater appreciation for the sacraments and the insights they bring us about the nature of Reality.
Each gathering begins with a short pranayama (Vedic-breathing exercise) and a guided somatic meditation. This is followed by a reading (for inner contemplation), and finally an opportunity to share our insights and perspectives in the sharing portion, which is the central focus of the gathering.
