Welcome to "EntheoGenesis: A Psychedelic Integration Community!"
This group is an intentional space where individuals exploring the healing and transformational potential of psychedelic medicines can gather together online (and eventually in person) to share themselves. This group is meant for psychedelic people to share their journey experiences, to explore a variety of therapeutic and integrative tools, and to feel truly supported along the journey of psychedelic use and spiritual growth. Topics may include trauma, attachment, shamanism, psychedelic therapy, somatic therapies, breathwork, yoga, psychedelic parenting, and more! We will also discuss psychedelic journey preparation, navigational skillsets, and methods of post-journey integration for lasting transformation.
The medicine path can leave people feeling both ecstatically connected to all that is, as well as completely isolated within their subjective experience. This group is meant to hold space for and celebrate these polarities, honoring the bliss, pain and everything in between.
This group is especially fit for you if you are a heart centered being who is fully committed to your path of healing, growth and transformation. If that doesn't fully describe you, but you're still curious, you are of course welcome to join us! All I ask is that when you are in circle with us, you show up fully.
**Group Agreements**
1. I will not encourage or condone any illegal activities, the purchase, sale, transfer, or use of any illegal substances, or partaking in any unlawful activities related to illegal substances.
2. I will not use illegal substances in our meetups and I will not use the group for references to ceremonies or where/how to find illegal substances, online and/or in person.
3. I understand that this group is not a replacement for therapy or professional mental health services.
4. I agree to respect everyone's privacy and I understand that being part of this group requires mutual trust.
5. I understand that what's shared in the group stays in the group.
6. I agree to relate to others in the group from a place of positive intention. If I find myself growing triggered by others or group material, I will do my best to own the parts of my own shadow while also expressing my truth.

**Who should join?**
-You've been hearing about psychedelics all over and your curiosity is growing.
-You're new to psychedelics and you're trying to figure out how in the hell you make these peak experiences translate into your every day life.
-You've been using psychedelics for years and wish to share about your path.
-You've experienced a challenging psychedelic journey and aren't sure how to process it and what to do with it.
-You're curious how you can prepare for and make the most of an upcoming journey.
-You are interested in cultivating a community if like minded/hearted individuals to relate to about your work with psychedelics, healing, and spirituality.
-You wish to explore various somatic based practices to help integrate your psychedelic journeys.
-You desire a safe space to be supported through your journey of healing.
**What to expect:**
1. Every two weeks, we'll have our standard 90-minute Psychedelic Integration Circle. This circle will consist of:
• Circle opening
• Introductions
• Grounding meditation
• Open sharing
• Circle closes
2. Every two weeks, Hart will lead a 75-90 minute Somatic Integration circle using either EFT (tapping) or SOMA Breath (psychedelic breathwork). These are less oriented around sharing, and are more so intended for you to process whatever material you wish to work with through the body, mind and spirit. To learn more about EFT, click here. **Who is Hart:**
After a B.A. in transpersonal psychology, Hart went on to become a licensed massage therapist with advanced certification in multiple modalities. He has extensive training in “Emotional Freedom Techniques,” and various forms of breathwork including SOMA Breath. Hart has been immersed in an intensive, year-long certificate program through Shiri Godassi’s “Psychedelic School,” where he is trained as a professional psychedelic integration coach. In combination with a deep understanding of the nervous system through multiple trainings in trauma healing, Hart holds a truly trauma informed integration practice. With 9 years of psychedelic use under his belt, Hart offers a unique synthesis of psychedelic integration modalities within a safe, intentional container, supporting his clients in alchemizing the most powerful experiences of their lives into a new version of everyday reality.
