Join us for a powerful morning of connection, movement, and growth at our next Walk and Thrive event!

We’ll begin our walk at 7:30 AM from the cul-de-sac at Upolu Esplanade, Clifton Beach, heading toward Palm Cove along the stunning coastline. It’s about a 45-minute walk, filled with great conversation, connection, and fresh ocean air.

At Palm Cove, we’ll gather for a 30-minute mastermind session focused on The Law of the Rubber Band – a principle from John Maxwell’s 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth. We’ll explore how growth comes from stretching yourself outside of your comfort zone, why tension is necessary for progress, and how to close the gap between where you are and where you could be.

There’ll be an opportunity to grab a coffee afterwards and continue the conversation if you’d like.
