Entrepreneur Connection

This is an opportunity for entrepreneurs to get together to share ideas and resources. The group is designed to be a little like a mastermind or support group, and sometimes it might include special speakers or presentations on a topic of interest. Some of the things the group might help with:
• Feedback on an idea for a new company
• Referrals to potential members of a management team
• Ideas for promotion and marketing
• Access to templates or guidelines for creating business plans or pitch decks
• Testing of new products and services
• Techniques for making pitches to potential investors and VCs
• Information on conferences and online workshops and seminars for entrepreneurs
• Other topics of interest to the group
I’ve been an entrepreneur all my life, and I felt a need to join such a group myself, since I’ve been trying to find a CEO to add to business plans for a few new projects. Since I didn’t find such a group, I decided to start one.
Initially, we’ll meet at my house in the Danville area near San Ramon. Then, as the group grows, we can meet in a larger public place.
As an entrepreneur, I founded a successful business that has continued for over 20 years since 2003 that connects individuals with publishers, agents, film producers, distributors, VCs, and the media. I even sold the business three times, though I got it back after the buyers weren’t able to market it successfully, and I still hope to sell it again. At the same time, I’ve created several other startups in the last year involving AI and games. So I can share what has worked for me in my own entrepreneurial journey.
It doesn’t matter where you are as an entrepreneur – whether you just have an idea or have started to put your business idea together. We can all share and learn from each other, and I invite you to join the Entrepreneur Connection.
