This gathering is intentionally designed to be intimate, with a maximum of 10 participants, to create a safe and supportive space for genuine connection. Unlike larger meetups focusing on surface-level networking, this group prioritizes trust, vulnerability, and meaningful personal growth as an entrepreneur.

What can you expect?
Every quarter, we host a powerful reflection and goal-setting session, consisting of the following elements:

• 🔍 Reflect: Start with guided questions to look back on your wins, challenges, and personal growth from the past quarter.
• 💬 Share & Learn: Get thoughtful feedback from fellow entrepreneurs who get it.
• 📝 Set Your Goals: Use our shared online tracker to commit to your next steps and stay accountable.
• 🤝 Buddy Up: You will be matched with an accountability buddy to check in with between sessions. Because progress loves company.

The practical stuff

• This meetup is for anyone creating, launching, and running a business. Whether you're a freelancer working independently or a small business owner managing an agency or startup with a team of up to 15 people, this event is perfect for you.
• The session will be held in person at Progress Bar (Bierkade 123) in Rotterdam.
• Your contribution goes directly into improving the infrastructure of the Learning Community, like tools, resources, and better ways to support your growth together.
