Mirna Abyad Baloul's Bio:

With an extensive background ranging from engineering to negotiation, Baloul is an accomplished legal strategist and partner at Fulton Jeang PLLC specializing in AI, corporate law, and IP. At Fulton Jeang, she advises executives as well as startups.

Previously, Baloul was president, general counsel, and secretary of the board at Dallas-based Spacee. She also was global strategy manager and senior counsel at Dallas-based Texas Instruments.

She is the founder and co-CEO of ViziSmart, a 24/7, multi-agent platform for real estate maintenance management, and teaches business law and IP strategy at The University of Texas at Dallas. Baloul frequently advocates for more diversity and inclusion in AI, speaking at conferences around the world in an effort to encourage “influencers of change.”
