Susan Fojtasek's Bio:

As a passionate problem-solver, I thrive on tackling complex business and technical challenges. With a strong foundation in both strategic thinking and hands-on implementation, I excel at intricate problems that drive growth and efficiency.

Throughout my career, I've worked across diverse industries, collaborating with cross-functional teams and company leaders to bridge the communication gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders. I ensure that everyone—from executives to engineers—understands the impact of decisions, aligning technical solutions with business objectives for optimal outcomes.

She was a software engineer at Raytheon, then Director of Global Sourcing at Valtech, and then worked her way up at Improving from being a consultant to a VP of Consulting, then SVP of Operations, then Chief of Staff.

She has a BS in Computer Science from Texas A7M University and an MBA from UTD.
