After dumping his Civil Engineering background Martin discovered he was skilled at project management and co-founded a small consulting business that grew to a large national business across.
Martin has since, founded a second successful consulting business, took time out to lecture in Project Management at the University of Melbourne, train graduates and is now launching a third business!

Amongst other things Martin was a past board member of Camcare, previously a Sydney to Hobart skipper and winner in IRC of the Melbourne to Osaka Double Handed Yacht race, the current Commodore of the Ocean racing Club of Victoria, a scout leader for 15 years, a parent of two Uni students and about to complete a lap of Australia in his 1970 XU1 Torana, he somehow still finds time to do some occasional work!
