This week I want to change things up a little.

We've spent our last few meetups talking about business, entrepreneurship, strategy, and what we're all building. This time, I want to go a little deeper and talk about something I think affects all of those things:

Identity.

I've become really interested in the idea that before we ever build the business, make the money, or reach the goal, there's a person behind all of it making the decisions.

So we're going to have an open conversation around identity, and mindset, but we're going to keep it practical and tie everything back to entrepreneurship.

For example:

Why can two people see the same opportunity and only one acts on it?

Why do some entrepreneurs seem comfortable thinking bigger while others constantly second-guess themselves?

Can the way you see yourself actually put a ceiling on what you're willing to pursue?

And if you decided to become a different version of yourself, how would that change the way you think, speak, make decisions, take risks, and run your business?

One idea I'd really like us to explore together is:

Identity → Decisions → Action → Results

You don't need to know anything about metaphysics, and you definitely don't need to agree with everything we discuss.

Come with an open mind, bring your own experiences and opinions, and let's have a good conversation.

Maybe building a bigger business starts with becoming a bigger version of ourselves.
