Bio: Stephanie Sebag spent many years in operations before transitioning to coaching.

She led her own team in executive search for Fortune 500 companies in Paris.

An entrepreneur, keynote speaker, author, and mother, she has lived and worked in multiple countries.

Stephanie is certified in professional coaching and various assessment tools, including Hogan and EQ-I2, and is trained in NLP and CBT.

She holds a postgraduate degree in marketing and has spent the last two decades delivering exceptional results for organizations, teams, and individuals across twelve countries.

Fluent in English and French, her engagements range from three months to three years within complex organizations.

She has successfully coached diplomats in Europe, CEOs in the US or company commanders leaving the Duvdevan unit.

An expert in decision-making processes and resilience building—two essential pillars of leadership development—Stephanie also serves on several boards for educational institutions such as Reichman University and veterans such as Duvdevan and is dedicated to volunteer work.
