What is the Entrepreneurs Reciprocity Circle (ERC)?
The ERC is a group exercise that brings together entrepreneurs like you to create a robust network based on reciprocity — a powerful 'pay-it-forward' principle. Inspired by Adam Grant's concept of the Reciprocity Ring and Wayne Baker's research on social capital, the ERC encourages a balance of giving and receiving among participants. We believe that everyone has something valuable to offer, and everyone has something they need. This dynamic process can lead to unexpected solutions, enriching connections, and a supportive community of peers.

How Does the ERC Work?
- Preparation: Before the session, we'll ask you to think about a specific personal or professional request you'd like to share with the group.
- Introduction and Icebreaker: We'll start the meeting with introductions and an icebreaker activity to warm up the atmosphere.
- Reciprocity Ring: Each participant will have 2-3 minutes to present their request. After each presentation, the group can ask questions and then offer help, connections, or resources.
- Follow-up: After the meeting, we'll document all the requests and offers, providing you with a record of the session and the basis for your follow-ups. A week after the session, we'll remind everyone to follow through with their offers of help.
