10th Annual Veterans Entrepreneurship Training Symposium - Partner Event

I want to invite you to attend the upcoming 10th Annual Veterans Entrepreneurship Training Symposium (VETS), at Hillsborough Community College’s (HCC) InLab Innovation Center. HCC has a strong presence in the veteran community, helping veterans and their family members to explore entrepreneurship, launch, and grow businesses.

Event information: This event is designed for Veterans, active-duty personnel, their spouses, and civilian business partners who are interested in starting a business, or already have a small business and need additional knowledge, resources, and tools to grow their business. The event features a Financial Pitch Competition for $12,000 in cash prizes. The pitch event is only open to veterans, active duty, Reserve/Guard, and spouses.
The Daylong Symposium is open to the public at large (civilians and Veterans) and is offered at no cost. Breakfast and lunch are provided.

KEYNOTE SPEAKER: Matthew “Griff” Griffin is a former Special Operations Army Ranger, West Point Graduate, co-founder and CEO of Combat Flip Flops,
a Shark Tank funded business. In addition, Matt is an award winning documentary producer, philanthropist, social entrepreneur, and a TED talk presenter in 2015.
