Wins & Workshopping is a gathering for local small business owners and entrepreneurs to connect with others who truly understand the day-to-day challenges of running a company.

This is a dedicated time to step away from your daily operations, meet fellow business owners, and trade the "silo" of your own office for the collective wisdom of the group.

Loose Structure:

• Round Robin Updates: We open the floor for everyone to share a brief update on their business. It’s our time to hear what others are working on and celebrate a recent win - no matter how big or small.
• Problem Workshopping: Focused attention on specific hurdles or questions attendees are currently facing. We workshop these challenges as a group, offering peer support and shared experiences to help everyone find a path forward.
