A business model outlines how a company creates, delivers, and captures value, essentially describing its core plan for generating revenue and achieving profitability.

First, Ms. Hetal Shah will give a brief speech on Business Models. Then we will discuss your respective business models. Then we will pitch in ideas to improve or transform the few business models we discussed. There will be discussion, and collaborative problem-solving for 20 minutes.
