Dr Paul Clayton is one of the leading scientists in the field of nutrition http://DrPaulClayton.eu

Dr. Clayton is a pioneer in the study of the pharmacological effects of foods and botanical ingredients and how they affect health and physical performance. He received his Ph.D. in neuropharmacology from the University of Edinburgh. He is a former chair of the Forum on Food & Health at the Royal Society of medicine, and is currently a Fellow of the Institute of Food, Brain & Behaviour at Oxford University.

Dr Clayton's main field of research is chronic inflammation and the importance of efficiently maintaining the Omega-6:3 ratio in our body as 3:1.

Dr. Clayton is on the Advisory Board of a Scandinavian health company, Zinzino. Based on Dr. Clayton's research, Zinzino developed a Balance Oil and a fatty acid profile testing, the Balance Test. http://ZinzinoTest.com
