Each Wednesday of the month, we meet from 7-8 pm Central for a lesson/meditation, with 8-8:30 pm Central for optional Environment and Spirituality discussion, reflection, and social time.

This group offers you the opportunity to explore and deepen your spirituality by engaging the natural world through your writing. No experience is needed, just an openness to your own senses and to the messages nature holds for your life, love, happiness and spiritual growth.

This autumn, we will be exploring themes and practices from the book Ecospirituality for Beginners: Connecting the Sacred and the Natural World by Anara Sarygul. While this book will be guiding our topics and discussions, you do not need to read it to join in!
