Parks for Pollinators BioBlitz

Join North Port Parks and Recreation staff, Robin from RH Photo Adventures, and volunteers from the The Environmental Conservancy of North Port And Surrounding Areas on Saturday, Sept.23, from 8 a.m. to noon, as we participate in BioBlitz, a national campaign to raise awareness and community involvement in the pollinator crisis.
Hosted at the Myakkahatchee Creek Environmental Park (6968 Reisterstown Road), Parks staff will guide volunteers through the trails, help ID species of plants, insects and animals and input them into the iNaturalist app, and assist in removing invasive Caesar Weed.
