Climate Change: How do you want to pay?

Details

I invite you all to a focus group to provide me with feedback on a new presentation I’ve written. I’m experimenting with a new approach and welcome any guidance you all can offer on the content, approach, flow, and appearance/design of the presentation. Below is the “blurb” for my new approach.

"The science is settled. Our most probable best case scenario is that if the global average temperature only reaches 1.5 C it will cost the world economy only $54tr. But if we reach 2 C, it will cost us $69tr, and $551tr if we reach 3.7C. It is inevitable that we will pay something for climate change, but the question is, how much? How much is dependent upon how we finance our transition to the new energy economy. Some financing decisions lead to catastrophic expenditures, others harness the power and genius of the free market and lead to an efficient transition to a new energy economy. In this presentation I discuss one efficient means of transitioning to a sustainable economy that is endorsed by 3,500 economists. "
