If you dream of exploring some of the most spectacular mountain landscapes in the world, this expedition is for you! In an 18-day adventure, we'll travel through picturesque Sherpa villages, climb to the glacial Gokyo lakes, and cross impressive alpine passes, reaching the famous Everest Base Camp. The highlight of the tour is the optional ascent of Island Peak (6,189m), a unique alpine challenge offering an incredible panorama of Everest, Lhotse, and Makalu.
This expedition is intended for experienced travelers, as well as those who want to exceed their limits through a technical ascent, who want to discover legendary trails, majestic and extremely beautiful peaks.

Difficulty: Easy-medium, 3-8 hours hiking/day, including climbs accessible to all. For Island Peak: above-average physical condition and winter mountain climbing experience required.
Accommodation: Comfortable 3★+ hotel in Kathmandu. Traditional lodges (teahouses) on route. Double rooms (mountain conditions can be simple).
Meals: All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) during mountain route. Breakfast in Kathmandu included.

• Expedition bag 100-120L (duffle bag), backpack 30-50L
• Sleeping bag comfort -10/-12°C
• 3-season boots, sneakers, flip-flops
• Summer/winter trekking pants, overpants, merino/synthetic base layers, fleece, windstopper, down jacket, hardshell
• Thick socks, hat/balaclava, gloves, overgloves, sunglasses
• Trekking poles, sunscreen, lip balm
• Thermos, headlamp, batteries, personal medical kit
Additional for Island Peak:
• Climbing boots (4-season)
• Crampons, ice axe, harness, helmet, ascender, descender, 3 carabiners
• Extra thermal insulation layer for summit night
