For New Riders we start off with Music Miles and Mondays as the starter ride and the Wednesday and Friday Rides for when you have become more accustomed to riding on the street and at a bit of faster cadence.
Safety Notices
There are at least two to three ride marshals per ride. For you safety we strongly request your adherence to their guidance.
Riders are not to PASS the Lead Marshall.
The Lead Marshall Maintains the Pace of the ride.
Only the Marshalls Shall Give Instructions or Directions.
Failure to Adhere to the Marshalls or Seeking to Usurp The Marshall During the Ride will result IN YOU BEING ASKED TO LEAVE.

EORO- 10 Commandments - ( Ride Rules)
1. Please bring at least two tubes to replace in case you get a flat. If you get a flat we will assist you. Signal to the Marshal nearest to you. WE ALL STOP for a flat tire.
2. Helmets are required. No Helmet No Ride.
3. No Egos At All - If you need a break, We Don't drop riders.
EVER-WE WILL WAIT FOR YOU-
4. No don't ask us to leave you because we won't.
5. We have Rear and Front Marshals Please follow their directions. If you don't follow the instructions given by the marshall (Especially the ones dealing directly about Personal Safety Such as getting out of the way of a rear approaching vehicle ((Car Back- Means Move Right)) You will be ASKED TO LEAVE.
6. We DON'T run Red Lights.
7. DRESS BRIGHTLY.
8**. YOU MUST EAT BEFORE EACH RIDE-** It takes energy to burn energy.
NO WAY you are going to do this without food in your system. Also bring any snacks that you have tried and tested to work as supplements for your ride.
9. You must bring MORE THAN WATER. WATER ALONE WILL NOT WORK! You will NEED at least Two Insulated Water Bottles with Electrolyte Mix for this and every EORO ride.
10. Bring ID, Cash, Credit Card so if you need to purchase something you will have the funds to do so. I keep at least 20 Dollars Cash Just in Case a Register or Point of Sale Doesn't Work.
