OK you've had a great Saturday night and a great last week and you want to make sure that you are keeping up with your health goals for this new year. So why don't you join us for a nice pace of about 17 minutes per mile let's say a little bit over 3 miles in an hour. Now I know we are a cycling club however nothing prohibits us from also being a walking club as well. So go ahead lace up your ASICS your Hokas and let's go on a nice walk for a couple of hours and get some miles in. You will have the option to do either a three mile walk a four mile walk or a five mile walk. And depending on pace hey you can even wind up doing 6 miles.
We only have a couple rules one please make sure that you have eaten breakfast or something light that you can do the mileage without it being a problem digestively.
And please dress for the weather we will be starting around 65° tomorrow.
