Let's hike Horsetooth Mountain Park followed by dinner at the Horsetooth Tavern!

Hey guys!
I hope everyone is enjoying their start to fall. We've hiked from the Horsetooth Mountain Park main entrance many times but have seldom hiked from the Soderberg entrance of the park. Thought it'd be fun to mix it up and hike from this lower entrance. Similar to the main entrance this hike should provide some amazing views of the Horsetooth Reservoir along with stunning mountain views to the west!

Let's plan to meet at the Soderberg trailhead at 5 and will plan to leave shortly after. The hike itself is a lollypop hike which will take us on the Nomad, Towers, Stout, Sawmill, Loggers and Nomad Stout Connector trails (see map in photos). Please expect to go at a moderate pace (2.5mph) along the 4.8 mile hike gaining 843 feet along the way. I hope to complete the hike in about 2 hours and around dusk so please bring a headlamp if you have it. We'll head to the Horsetooth Tavern for post hike dinner and high fives.
