Hey guys!
C'mon out and enjoy one of the first days of summer ehem i mean spring on Saturday with one of the best burner hikes in Poudre Canyon...Grey Rock! This is a great hike to do in the spring as the Poudre River will be rushing and the wild flowers will just beginning to show their faces here and there. We'll have some amazing views of the Poudre Canyon, the Rawah Wilderness Area even the Mummy Range and Longs Peak if it's clear enough. Please expect to go at a moderate pace (2.5-3.0mph) along the 6.4 mile hike gaining 2,073 feet in elevation gain. We'll meet at the trailhead at 8:30 am and leave on the hike at 8:45am. We'll head somewhere in Laporte after the hike for lunch.
Hope to see you on the trail!
