Integration circle - Rose garden - Meditation, integration journaling, and fun!!

This is our very first meetup. It will be at the Owen rose garden near Spencer butte. We will be on the grass near the big cherry tree so bring a mat, blanket, or something to sit on.

-5:00PM-5:30PM: Open socializing. Getting to meet each other and/or catch up.

-5:30PM-5:50PM: Group meditation

-5:50PM-6:30ish: Integrative journal writing. Louis will share a process that he has been using for helping out in the integration process. Then we can all take some time to give it a shot. There is some structure to it with plenty of space for free flow. You do not need to share with others what you write down.

6:30-7:00 and on: More social time :)

THINGS TO BRING:

-A mat or blanket to sit on

-A Journal or paper, and a pencil or pen.

-Your open heart and mind
