Rock Climbing Class - SquareNail

On Sunday, we will start off with a brief overview of what your going to experience out on the rock You will receive some light instruction on climbing and belaying and then head out to get hands on experience.

We provide all the gear for about 6 people to rock climb out at Squarenail (on the side of 168) towards Shaver. Each of you will get your gear before we head off on the one mile hike out to the site. We will set up about 3 ropes variating from easy to harder and then practice our climbing and belaying for about 3 hours. We will be doing most of the belaying until we feel confident that you got it.

This is a $35 Class because we provide the following:

• Harness, belay device, carabiner, helmet, and sling
• We are providing our knowledge and instruction on how to rock climb
• We providing our time and energy to belay you and guide you along
  the way.

Bring your own water, lunch and sunscreen. We will be in the sun most of the time.

We should be back around 5pm.
