What are we about?
Epicurean Explorers Munich is a collective for the curious. We’re a casual, welcoming club for people who love trying new things — not to master them, but to experience them together. Whether it’s explorative walks, sharing favorite music, taking photography walks, playing or creating games, sharing recipes, or just asking better questions, we believe exploration is its own reward.
What are the goals?
- To create spaces for creative play, thoughtful conversation, and joyful learning
- To connect people through shared experiences, stories, and ideas
- To try new things without pressure to perform or impress
- To encourage curiosity across disciplines — from baking to books, cameras to games
- To publish, share, and reflect on what we make or learn along the way
Who is this for?
You don’t need to be an expert, and you don’t have to become one — just be interested.
We welcome artists, writers, bakers, game designers, musicians, readers, photographers, hobbyists and novices, and people who just want to spend a few hours doing something different. If you’ve ever said, “I’d love to try that one day,” this is your day.
What do we do?
Some events are hands-on, others conversational. All are low-pressure, social, and creative. Some examples:
- Photography walks with themed prompts and gentle structure
- Album listening nights where you share your favorite record or song and its story
- RPG nights featuring indie games and a create-your-own-RPG project
- Recipe Club, where we share a recipe and make something simple together over video chat
- Walking salons with conversation prompts and a little philosophy
- Micro creative projects — think poetry, postcards, zines, or collaborative stories
You can come for one, join a few, or help shape future events.
