**Welcome to the
Consilience & Equanimity
Meetup for ASD, Autism & NeuroDivergence.

Last week, we explored softening as a primary attribute of Emergent Equanimity โ€” softening the body and softening the mind. We reflected on how releasing clinging, literalism, negativism, and rigidity can open space for greater flexibility, and how openness to experience shines as a core dimension of personality and temperament.

This week, weโ€™ll build on that foundation by asking together:

๐Ÿ‘‰ What are the practically addressable attributes of equanimity?
๐Ÿ‘‰ Which ones can we nurture through a daily 15โ€“30 minute practice to weave equanimity into everyday life?
๐Ÿ‘‰ How does the dimension of openness to experience relate to rigidity, and why does it matter?

Weโ€™ll also look at how qualities like emotional regulation, presence, perspective, acceptance, patience, and compassion can be gently cultivated as part of this path.

Through the cultivation of authentic needs and values, we move toward a more integrated and genuine life โ€” one that invites contentment, fulfillment, and the ease of being at home in the world.

Whether youโ€™re new to these concepts, autistic or Not autisticic, or already exploring them, our goal is to create a supportive environment where we can share perspectives, learn from each other, and develop tools for navigating life with greater clarity and calm.

Please Join us for engaging Zoom discussions where curiosity, respect, and self-discovery take center stage.
