## 💜 What Is Companionship? — Episode II

## 🌿 Rupture & Repair

📅 Thursday, February 19th
🕕 6:00 PM EST

Companionship is not the absence of conflict.
It is the capacity to move through rupture — and return. 🔄🤝

Rupture happens in every meaningful relationship.
A sharp tone.
A missed bid.
Withdrawal.
Defensiveness.
Silence where warmth once was.

What determines the depth of connection is not whether rupture occurs —
but whether repair follows. 🫀✨

In this gathering, we will explore:

• What rupture actually is (and how to recognize it early) 🧠
• Why repair feels vulnerable
• The nervous system beneath conflict 🌊
• What true repair looks like in practice 🤝
• How to strengthen “repair capacity” so relationships become mutual, meaningful, and deep 🌿

Cristina Holtz, Yoga Therapist trained through the MUIH School of Integrative Medicine 🧘‍♀️, will guide this experiential conversation. Her work integrates nervous system awareness, somatic experiencing principles, and mindfulness 🕯️ to cultivate real relational skill — not just insight.

Repair capacity is not personality.
It is practice.
And it can be developed. 🌱

If you care about emotional intelligence…
If you value psychological safety…
If you want companionship that is steady, honest, and real… 💜

This evening is designed for depth and engagement.

⚠️ SPACE IS LIMITED for optimal sharing and dialogue.
