About us
The Herd — Women's Groups hosts trauma-informed, experiential gatherings for women, offered both in person (often alongside horses) and virtually.
The work is relational, presence-based, and attentive to nervous system pacing, consent and choice. Each offering is named and described individually in its own event listing.
This space is for women who are drawn to depth, awareness, and connection—without pressure to perform or arrive with anything figured out.
