Held by the Herd is a women’s experiential group where horses help you reconnect with yourself—without pressure, without overthinking, and without needing to have it all figured out.
You don’t need horse experience. You don’t need to be “good at” anything. You just need to show up. The horses respond to what’s authentic, which creates powerful moments of clarity, release, and forward movement—often in ways that talking alone can’t reach.
✨ What to expect:
• A grounded, welcoming group of women
• Guided experiential work with the horses (on the ground)
• Time to reflect, reset, and reconnect
• A supportive, no-judgment environment
