Ergono3D Workshop | 3D Printing & Insole Design is a community for people interested in 3D printing, custom insoles, foot biomechanics, and digital design.

We bring together makers, designers, engineers, athletes, healthcare professionals, and anyone curious about how 3D technology can be used to improve comfort, performance, and everyday movement.

Our meetups may include casual talks, live demos, hands-on sharing, and open discussions around topics such as 3D printed insoles, parametric design, materials, footwear comfort, and real-world use cases.

1:15 - 1:30 (Arrival): Get people settled with coffee/food.
1:30 - 1:40 (The Problem): Briefly talk about "The Foam Insert Problem" (from your blog). Why generic store-bought insoles fail.
1:40 - 2:00 (The Solution - Projector Time):
Open the Ergono3D browser app live.
Ask a volunteer from the audience for their foot size/type (or use a persona).
Walk through the 4 Steps: Basic Info -> Guided Input -> Smart Generation -> Preview.
Key moment: Rotate the 3D model on screen to show the hex structure and arch support.
2:00 - 2:15 (The Physical Product): Pass around the TPU printed samples. Let them bend and twist them.
2:15 - 2:30: Q&A and networking.
