Thursday's get HIIT by the Ocean! 🔥
The focus changes each week — sometimes we target core strength and posture, other times surf-ready power and balance, or full-body endurance.
But one thing never changes: high-intensity intervals that get your heart pumping, cardiovascular exercise, and a true BURN.
👉 What to bring
• Comfortable clothes for outdoor training
• Water
• A mat (if you have one — optional)
I’ll take care of the music, equipment, and coaching. Every workout is scalable for all levels, ages, and body types, with variations so you can push your limits or take it steady.
First time is free — afterwards it’s 5 euros per session.
⚠️ If the weather gets really bad, sessions may be canceled.
