Karst Educational Trail

About the hike:

Join us for a beautiful hike along the Karst Educational Trail around Neuhaus an der Pegnitz. The trail leads through an impressive karst landscape with caves, grottos, sacrificial stones, and the largest stalactite in Germany. We have slightly adjusted the original tour to fit the schedule and daylight conditions. The total distance is about 15 km.

Meeting point:
8:45 AM at Nuremberg Main Train Station, in front of the Information Desk
Travel plan:
Please note that there is rail replacement service (bus) from Nuremberg to Neuhaus. We will take the 9:10 AM bus and arrive around 10:10 AM. You can also come by car.
What to bring:

• Good hiking shoes
• Warm clothes
• Food and drinks (no restaurant stops on the way)

Return:
We expect to be back in Nuremberg around 6:00 PM.
