I am a big fan of teacher Kimberly Ann Johnson. She is releasing her newest book "Erotic Seasons...Tuning into the Rhythms of Women's Sexuality & Spirituality" on November 17th. This is a book that details some of her own journey through perimenopause & menopause & what she discovered about the changing seasons in a woman's sexuality & Spirituality during this time period.
