Context

Business agility refers to the "ability of a business system to rapidly respond to change by adapting its initial stable configuration". In a business context, agility is the ability of an organization to rapidly adapt to market and environmental changes in productive and cost-effective ways.

Last year, we already realize a series of five meetups around the topic, you can found the contents of 2018 edition at http://bit.ly/dgdrdw_drive In this new edition, we expanded (doubled) the contents and incorporated what we learned from the first one.

In this series of meetups, we will explore agile companies from a holistic vision. The objective of this series of meetups is to share with the attendees the knowledge and skills necessary to increase business agility in their organizations, from a holistic vision, beyond the use of a specific methodology or framework in one or several areas of the same.

We have structured the content to discuss not only the use of some agile methodologies but also collaboration frameworks, decision making, organization patterns, continuous improvement tools, metrics, etc. If you already attended the previous version, you will found renewed content.

Although we believe that the contents will be especially useful for those who participate in change management, Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters, Managers, etc., we have designed them thinking that it is useful for anyone who works in an agile organization or who wants to know how to manage change in context to move towards it.

Basics of Flow
-----------------------------------------------------------------

In this meetup, we will explore the basics common to different methodologies and frameworks, which affect to flow of the work. The main purpose of this meetup is to give the attendants tools that they can use and implement directly, without the use of a concrete framework. In case you consider using a framework, it will help you to understand the foundations of why this concrete framework is proposing to work on one way or another, in other to evaluate if it fits what you want to accomplish or you want to adapt something.

The facilitation of the meetups will be in English. For the ones who cannot join in person, it will be a recording available, as well as the materials that we will use over the sessions.
