Business Agility: Process Optimization and Improvement with Kanban (2 of 3)

Details
Business agility is the ability of an organization to adapt, sense changes, and respond accordingly. It is neither a specific methodology nor a general framework: it is a description of how an organization operates in an agile way. The goal of this series of meetups is to share with the attendees practical, concrete knowledge that will allow us to increase agility in our organizations.
In this first series, we will explore how we can measure, manage and improve our processes using Kanban. Due to the duration, I have structured the content in three meetups that we will carry out throughout October.
- In the first week, we will share how to start introducing agility in our organizations without the need to carry out a transformation, implementation or change of methodologies.
- In the second week, we will deep into the Kanban method, its principles and practices, and we will put them into operation simulating its use for the measurement, management and improvement of a process.
- In the third week, we will discuss into how to get and make sense of metrics, as well as different feedback loops and their use in continuous improvement.
Although I think that the contents will be especially useful for those people who participate in change management: Managers, Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters, etc., I have designed them thinking that they are useful for anyone who works in an agile organization or who wants to know how to manage change in your context to move towards it. The three sessions will be available in two languages, in Spanish on Tuesdays and in English on Thursdays.
Come, join and share!
