Title: Initial Coin Offerings. From cryptocurrency to crowdinvestment

Initial Coin Offerings are the cutting edge of fundraising in the blockchain ecosystem. In this sense, many startups are raising capital for their projects through this method. However, the ICO framework is still immature in different aspects: Regulation, Standards, and Post-Governance. The main goal of this pitch is to highlight the obstacles that may arise once the pre sale is concluded and how to solve them (What’s next):

How the token behaviour shall be programmed to interact with the services that will be provided by the startup (how to solve token volatility issues, how to link the value of the token with the value of the company, etc.

• Coin Governance System: Smart Contract proposals to govern the management of the raised funds (design of escrow contracts, fluid voting systems, fixed or variable incomes for token holders -how to grant them-, etc.).

• Token legal framework: Crypto-securities vs. appcoins (access tokens).

• When a token shall be deemed as a Security?
