EOS Barcelona Inaugural Meetup Event.

We are excited to announce that our Kickoff meetup is locked in!

As this is the Kickoff Meetup of the Barcelona EOS community group, we will be giving an introductory talk about what EOS is, what we can do with it and how you can get involved!

This talk will be suitable for anyone who is interested in learning more about EOS, from complete beginners to blockchain developers or business oriented people.

After we've gone over the basics, we will be taking a more technical direction with a talk presenting how decentralised apps (dApps) are developed giving focus on the winning dApps at the London Hackathon from September.

There will be time for introductions, questions, networking and drinks.

19:00 - Quick welcome, introduce speakers and agenda. José Luis Landabaso.

19:05 - What is EOS? How does it compare to Bitcoin or Ethereum. Clement Chazarra.

19:20 - How does it work? An intro into EOS accounts and block producers. Josep Rosich.

19:40 - dApp development. Special focus on developments at the last EOS London Hackathon. Andres Berrios.

20:10 - Questions, introductions & open discussions.

20:40 - Let's have some time for beers and networking.
