Filter-based implementation of Fast Wavelet and Shearlet transform in Julia

Hector will be giving a talk on how he has used Julia in his mathematical work. In particular, he has produced a Wavelets (https://github.com/arsenal9971/FWT.jl) package and a Shearlets (https://github.com/arsenal9971/Shearlab.jl) package for Julia.
