Málaga as an impact for positive change!
In what areas might Málaga and Málaga start-ups serve as an impact for a positive change?
In cooperation with Impact Hub Málaga we are going to identify Malaga start-ups and consolidated companies that work in common and synergistic areas.
If we know the set of companies that currently develop projects related to sustainability, innovation, entrepreneurship, technology, etc. and also the start-ups that already have ideas on these areas, then we could generate professional ties in which both parties can benefit from a collaboration.
Big companies could profit from the value of Start-ups by their creativity, adaptivity, resilience, innovativeness. Start-ups could profit from the value of big companies by their management, knowledge, connections and financial power.
We have defined several clusters where Málaga and Málaga start-ups already are involved in but might develop far more impact:
- Tourism
- Transport and Logistics
- Food and Agriculture
- A Cultural Smart City
- Water management
- Construction
- Sport
- Digital Nomads
- Medical services
- Wild Card (open for your suggestions)
When we have constructed a map of the innovative start-up ecosystem of Málaga we will generate ideas for start-ups that will strengthen the clusters. We think that this topic can serve to launch new themes in the future. In addition, Malaga Impact Hub can get to organize Start-ups Weekend or similar events. The combination of these types of events can be useful to cross contacts and innovative ideas.
