Title: CI/CD Rework: From AWS Chaos to GitLab Harmony

Abstract: In this talk, I’ll walk you through how we replaced a clunky, AWS-native CI/CD setup with a scalable, GitLab-powered pipeline. By leveraging Kubernetes and reusable GitLab templates, we massively boosted scalability, speed, and developer autonomy. The result? Over 25,000 lines of legacy pipeline code gone—replaced by just 1,000 lines of GitLab syntax, streamlining everything from daily merges to full production rollouts.
