Level: Beginners to intermediate, no previous experience with yoga or meditation necessary
Teacher: Andy Yogi (Theravada Buddhist writer with 23 published books, Aura painter and Yoga and meditation teacher)
The structure of lesson is as follows:
1)Introduction to Hatha yoga for beginners
2) Introduction to Vipassana meditation
3) Tea and talk about interesting things in the nearby nice place La Canasta

What to bring: Yogamat or towel, lots of warm clothes for meditation, water, good mood, friends, pets
