Entrevistas de usuario efectivas para equipos de producto

🇪🇸La charla está enfocada a profesionales que trabajen en un Product Trio (Product Manager + Product Designer + Engineering) y tengan algo de experiencia o interés en técnicas de descubrimiento continuo dentro de su equipo. Hablaremos sobre la organización y la mentalidad del squad, cómo plantear las entrevistas a usuarios, y cómo automatizar el proceso. También veremos cómo documentar estas entrevistas, y cómo materializar resultados alineados con los objetivos de negocio.

Los equipos de producto tenemos el reto de escuchar a nuestros usuarios para entender lo que esperan y lo que necesitan. Sin embargo, crear el hábito de hablar con ellos puede ser difícil, y en ocasiones frustrante. En esta charla veremos las experiencias que han tenido otras empresas, y algunas estrategias para reducir la distancia entre el equipo y sus usuarios.
