Wir konzentrieren uns auf den Geist, den Körper und die Empfindungen im Körper. Die von mir geleitete Meditation ist in der Vipassana-Tradition verwurzelt und enthält Elemente der non-dualen Bewusstheit. Ich verwende keine Visualisierungen oder göttliche Bilder – sie ist so einfach wie möglich und meiner Erfahrung nach die effektivste Methode, die wahre Natur der Realität allmählich Tropfen für Tropfen zu erkennen. Diese Meditation ist für alle spirituellen oder religiösen Hintergründe offen. Der Abend besteht aus **einer Stunde Meditation**, gefolgt von **30 Minuten Fragen und Antworten**.
