We are an easy-going, friendly club where you can be yourself, learn at your own pace, have fun while gaining confidence in expressing yourself, doing presentations and preparing for job interviews. We used to meet in Mississauga, ON at St Hillary's Church. Currently, we are meeting online. Contact the club at info@soartoexcellencetoastmaster.ca for the meeting link. We are the Charlotte chapter of the international Hash House Harriers (CH3), which is an adult-humored, non-competitive running group. "A Drinking club with a running problem" Hashing is a mixture of athleticism and sociability, fun having and hard work; a refreshing break from the nine-to-five routine. Hashing is an exhilaratingly fun combination of r\*nning, orienteering, and partying, where bands of Harriers and Harriettes chase Hares on two to four mile trails through town, country, jungle, and desert, all in search of exercise, camaraderie, and good times. The irreverent group typically gets together to humorously note on-trail misbehavior with tongue-in-cheek drinking songs and “down downs”. We meet up at 2 PM on Saturdays and go on a scavenger hunt through the woods and town, for beers that have been hidden by one of our members. Dodgeball is back again! If you’ve been wanting to come out, this is an easy one to join. We’ll be playing for about 1.5 to 2 hours, you do not need to bring any equipment, and no experience is needed. We use a specific set of rules and equipment to make the games run better and keep them fun for everybody, not just people who already know how to play. If it rains, the event will be canceled.
