Realizamos Taichi al aire libre aún asi solicitamos que debido al CoViD cada participante decida libremente y se responsabilice de las medidas que desee tomar respecto a la situación sanitaria actual El Taichi es una arte marcial basado en la filosofía taoísta y en su visión del universo, que además de fomentar habilidades marciales, ayuda a mejorar la salud, la conciencia corporal y puede ser un camino para el desarrollo personal y espiritual de los que lo practican. Este arte marcial es diferente a la mayoría de las que podáis conocer. Mientras otras se basan en la fuerza y la potencia el Taichí es una respuesta a la pregunta: ¿Por qué combatir la fuerza bruta con más fuerza cuando es posible aprovechar la de tu adversario? Si estas pinceladas os llaman la atención podéis venir a conocer el Taichi de forma gratuita, cada domingo de manos del Sifu Albert Sala. Las clases son de 9 a 10:30 de la mañana en el parque situado al final del Carrer Lleida delante del recinto llamado “El mercat de les flors” (cerca de las paradas de metro “Plaça Espanya” y “Poble Sec”). Somos razonables en la práctica del Taichi y os ayudaremos a no realizar prácticas que puedan provocaros un daño pero en última instancia cada participante es responsable de si mismo y os pedimos que nos comuniquéis problemas de salud o lesiones que pudiesen causaros perjuicio alguno. Además os repetimos que debéis velar de forma adulta y consciente de vuestro bienestar y por tanto os hacemos responsables en ultima instancia del mismo. We practice Taichi out in the open but been aware of CoViD we want for each practitioner to take the mesures to protect themselfs in the corrent situation the way they see fit under their own responsibility. Taichi is a martial art based in the Taoist philosophy and its vision of the universe, in addition to the improvement of the martial skills of its practitioners, helps to enhance their health, their body awareness, and also can be a path for their personal and spiritual growth. This martial art is set apart from the majority of the other ones you may know. Other martial arts are based in strength and muscle power, but Taichi is instead an answer to the question: ¿Why fight strength with strength when you could use their power against them? If these bits have caught your attention you can come to know Taichi for free, all Sundays taught by Sifu Albert Sala. The lessons start at 9:00 am and run throught 10:30 am in the parc that is at Lleida Street (Carrer Lleida) in front of the building called “El mercat de les flors” (It’s near de subway stations of Plaça Espanya and Poble Sec). We encorage a rational training of Taichi and will help you to prevent posible injuries in its practice. But you have to be conscius and responsable of yourself so we ask of you to comunicate with us any posible health problems or injuries that may be bring harm to you during training. However you have to be aware and concious of your well-being and therefore we hold you ultimately responsible for it.

**THIS WEEK: “A.I.” - how far has this film predicted 2026 and beyond...?** We'll be watching and discussing clips from A.I. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE. There is no judgement of films here. A-movie, B-movie, high-brow, low-brow, smart, dumb. This will be an open-discussion. There’ll be themes and certain films chosen but respectful interruptions and questions will be welcome throughout. To paraphrase Bong Joon-ho, once you overcome your knee-jerk judgement of a film, you can be introduced to so many more amazing films. This is a new meetup and the format may change. Buenas de nuevo a los gatos curiosos! You may find in the sheet the number or letter of the table you need to sit at the beginning. Go to the waiting area that the organizers will tell you. At the end of the event it is important that you scan the first QR CODE on your sheet and there will have to fill in your contact information: name, phone number, instagram, mail... and the name of the three people you like the most (It is a good idea to write all the names in the sheet as long as we are having the dates, and at the end just crossed out all except for the 3 we like the most). In the form we will also appreciate your feedback either good or negative to improve the event. You can grab a drink, nip the loo and relax in the indicated area. We ask the girls to come 15 minutes earlier than guys to start sitting them. In general we organise two or three groups divided by age range, but it depends on the number of participants. During the rounds a waiter/waitress will come just in case you need a refill! * **Icebreaker activity** → Depending on the day we have an ice-breaker activity for each group which consists in answering questions to start getting to know all participants. * **Rounds Begin** → Each participant has a mini-date (7 minutes) with another person. También tendrás un **bolígrafo y una hoja** exclusiva para ti donde escribirás los nombres de tus citas y tus comentarios personales. En la hoja podrás tener el número o letra de la mesa donde deberás iniciar el juego. Ves a la zona de espera indicada por los organizadores. Al final del evento es **muy importante** escanear el **primer QR** de tu hoja para rellenar el formulario con tu: * nombre * número de teléfono * Instagram * correo electrónico * **los tres nombres** de las personas que más te han gustado *(Es buena idea escribir todos los nombres durante las citas y al final tachar todos excepto los 3 que más te gusten.)* En ese formulario también puedes dejar tu feedback para mejorar el evento. Mientras esperas puedes pedir una bebida, ir al baño y relajarte en la zona indicada. Pedimos a las chicas que lleguen **15 minutos antes** para poder sentarlas antes de que lleguen los chicos. Generalmente organizamos dos o tres grupos por rangos de edad, dependiendo del número de participantes. Durante las rondas, un camarero pasará por si necesitáis pedir algo. *** ### **Actividad para romper el hielo** Dependiendo del día, hacemos una actividad para romper el hielo que consiste en contestar una serie de preguntas por grupos que sirven para conocer un poco más las diferentes personas antes de empezar las rondas de speed dating. ### **Inicio de rondas** Cada participante tiene una mini-cita de **7 minutos** con otra persona. Podrás encontrar preguntas para romper el hielo en la mesa que podrás usar si tu deseas para empezar una buena conversación. ### **Rotación** A la señal del anfitrión (campana o gong), **los chicos se mueven** a la siguiente mesa. La rotación es siempre siguiendo el orden de los números o letras que se encontrarán en las diferentes mesas: A,B,C,D,E,F... 1,2,3,4,5,6.... Al llegar a la última letra, se irá hacía la primera. Lo mismo aplica con los números. Los chicos se levantan 30 segundos para tomar notas; las chicas permanecen sentadas. ### **Pausa** No hay pausa general, pero si quieres descansar una ronda de 7 minutos, puedes pedir al anfitrión saltarte una ronda para pedir bebida, comida, ir al baño o relajarte en el jardín. ### **Fin de rondas** Al terminar, normalmente nos reunimos en el jardín para tomar algo. Así puedes seguir hablando y tomar tu decisión final. ### **Rellenar la hoja** Indica los nombres de **máximo 3 personas** que te gustaría volver a ver. Escanea el **primer QR** y rellena el formulario. Podríamos ampliar a más nombres pero aquí realmente **estamos buscando la chispa real**, por eso el límite es de 3 nombres máximo a votar. Tenéis hasta el lunes a las 18h para votar. ### **Resultados** El **martes por la mañana**, el organizador enviará los **matches mutuos** de forma privada por mensaje de Meetup o correo, por favor revisar la bandeja de SPAM. Si tienes un match, recibirás la **información de contacto** de esa persona. *** # **Normas importantes** * Es fundamental que en tu perfil tengas **una foto clara de ti**. Si no tienes foto, te moveremos a la lista de espera. * Aunque veas lista de espera, apúntate igualmente: ajustamos para mantener **equilibrio chicos/chicas**. * Si te inscribes y pagas pero no puedes venir, debes informarnos **48 horas antes del evento**. En caso contrario, no habrá reembolso ni cambio de fecha. * Debes respetar el código de conducta estándar y la educación con todo el mundo. La organización se reserva el derecho de expulsar del evento inmediatamente a quién esté incumpliendo las normas.
