I’d love to invite you to a special outdoor session by the sea where we’ll practice Qigong with a bamboo stick together. This is a practice I truly love, and I’m excited to share it with others as a simple, enjoyable way to relax, connect with nature, and enjoy a deep, refreshing stretch. Imagine starting your day with the sound of the waves, gentle movement, and calm breathing… leaving you feeling lighter, more energized, and centered. ✨ During this session, we will: • Move through slow, flowing Qigong sequences • Use the bamboo stick to support posture, mobility, and alignment • Release tension and improve flexibility • Take time to breathe, unwind, and reconnect This event is beginner-friendly, no experience needed, just come as you are. Facilitated by hearing folks (with a connection to a professional interpreter) using Deaf-created content. People of all ASL skill levels are welcome!
