Meditation for Moms
Join this FREE evening session for Meditation, specifically for Moms. Meditation is a simple way to de-stress, and it can help bring peace and balance, especially in these hectic times. Led by experienced instructors, this 30 min guided meditation session will help you feel the much needed calmness.

Chapel Hill Toastmasters Saturday Meeting
The Chapel Hill Toastmasters Club is committed to helping members develop and refine their communication and leadership skills. Password - if you are new, you need to contact one of the organizers and introduce yourself so we can provide this to you. We have had some zoom bombers and are not able to display the password publicly. If your messaging settings are set to private, we cannot contact you unless you write to us directly.
Hit install app (or run the app if you already have it installed). Sign into the meeting with the meeting ID.
Hit “join audio”. There is a button at the lower left corner of the app that says “Join Audio”. That is important or you won’t be able to hear us or talk. There are 2 options. You want “Call via Device Audio”. This uses your internet connection (data) for the audio. We won’t be using the video portion.

If you don't have access to a device with a camera you can still join the meeting, hear the others and talk to everyone.

This meetup is exclusively for adult survivors of child abuse who are not currently perpetuating abuse on others.
