Yoga Nidra is a timeless practice of deep, guided relaxation. In this class, we will do some gentle exercises to relax the body, and then we will lie down for an extended relaxation. We will begin and end the class with some simple meditation. This class meets monthly, usually the first Sunday of the month, and is open to adults and teens. RSVP is required: through MeetUp or by phone, text, or email. BRING a mat; a thick towel/blanket/rug to cushion the floor; and an extra blanket if you like to cover yourself during the relaxation. Everyone is welcome from Python beginners to experts. Bringing a laptop is encouraged (we'll have extension cords and power strips).
